I’ve had the pleasure of knowing Michelle many years before JJNIS ever heard of her. This charming lady is head of human resources and another pillar of strength to have around. She has just the right mix of personality traits to keep staff on their toes but in an inspiring and caring manner. We’ve been lacking someone strict enough to not put up with slacking staff but someone not so mean as to scare the staff away and Michelle came and filled that gap. Hall of fame: While Michelle has not been here long enough to make it to the hall of fame, it is only a matter of time! A sucker for punishment if there ever was one. I think within a few months we’ll have many entries to choose from, be sure not to miss it!
